Role Overview
As a Branch operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our gym branches. As part of our team in UAE, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where your leadership, problem-solving skills, and expertise in the UAE fitness market will play a key role in our success.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all branch activities to maintain operational excellence.
- Lead and train team members to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
- Manage facility maintenance, health, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Address client concerns, resolve operational challenges, and support customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory, financial records, and oversee budget management.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive membership growth.
Must have requirements
- Minimum of 4 years gym management experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational challenges under pressure.
- Proven experience and understanding of the UAE fitness market.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- should know Arabic and English.
Nice to have requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of local regulatory compliance for health and safety.
- Experience working with fitness CRM and management software.
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
