Role Overview
Join our dynamic fitness center as a SALES & FRONT DESK AGENT, where you will be the face of the club, driving memberships and providing exceptional service to our community. As part of our team in UAE, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, ensuring members and guests receive a professional, welcoming experience every day.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors, providing information about gym services and programs.
- Handle membership sales, renewals, and upselling of packages.
- Manage front desk operations, including calls, bookings, and inquiries.
- Maintain records of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities.
- Support daily administrative functions and cash handling procedures.
- Create an engaging, safe, and motivating environment for all clients.
- Collaborate with trainers and staff to exceed customer expectations.
Must have requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in gym, fitness, or martial arts front desk or sales roles.
- Proven experience in the fitness industry, with hands-on involvement in customer-facing activities.
- Practical background in martial arts and/or gym operations.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance with a passion for health and fitness.
Nice to have requirements
- Certifications in fitness training, sports management, or first aid.
- Sales training or customer service awards/recognition.
- Experience with gym management software and booking systems.
- Background in nutritional guidance or group fitness instruction.
